About Doctor Davis

Doctor Davis went to college locally at the University of Texas at Arlington
and graduated with an engineering degree. He worked in engineering as a
plastics engineer and a tool designer. Sensing a desire for a larger challenge
and need to serve, he decided to become a physician. He completed
medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San
Antonio. He went on to complete residency training in obstetrics and
gynecology at St. Vincentís hospital and Medical Center of New York in
Manhattan.

Doctor Davis returned to the area because he liked the area and had family
nearby. He has been in solo practice in the Arlington area since 1988. He
has delivered about 7,000 babies. He has performed thousands of
traditional gynecologic surgeries, and does several of the newer type short
recovery surgeries. He has been Chairman or Co Chairman of the
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at two of the hospitals where he
has practiced. He has provided student gynecology rotations for residents
form Plaza Medical Center. He has also served on the Peer Review
Committee at Medical Center of Arlington for 10 years.

He and his lovely wife Maria have raised three lovely boys. He enjoys his
work and vacations. He enjoys traveling, snow skiing, golf, fitness, reading,
family get togethers, languages (Spanish and Vietnamese), and is a sports
enthusiast.
